About BZ Bodyboards Uni-Rail

The BZ Uni-Rail featured an innovative rail design: a one-piece, transitional rail from a roughly 60/40 rail at the tail to a rounded, surfboard-like rail toward the nose. The word on the street is that the design was later used by Ben Severson on his boards for a while in the late 1990s after leaving BZ. Photo: Ty Torres.
